Report not showing Assigned Group and Assigned Analyst when Status is Closed

My incident.rpt report is not pulling the assigned Group or the assigned Analyst fields.  It just leaves them blank.  This seems to happen when the status is closed.  In Progress tickets display this...

It sounds like the report is using the "Current assignment" group and user attributes.  These are set to null when the lifecycle is closed. Instead change the report to use the "latest assignment"...
